The online booking portal is also excellent for checking available tee times, events and weather forecasts. As payment is required upon booking, all players will need an email address, Visa card, or Mastercard to secure their place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a name=\"newprices\"><\/a><a name=\"prices\"><\/a<p>We understand that some players may prefer not to prepay for their booking and these players can phone the Pro Shop two-days prior to make a phone booking. We will ask that you sign an electronic waiver form on arrival in case any damages are incurred. Please read the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whalebackgolfcourse.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Whaleback-cart-parts-pricing-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">golf cart hire agreement<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms and Conditions for Online Bookings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation of tee times is permitted with full refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to tee time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The City will process refunds every Thursday. Please note that it may take your bank 10-14 days to process the refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations can be made by calling the pro shop on 9457 8999.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations within 48 hours of the tee time can be moved to another day or a voucher issued. Vouchers are valid for 3-months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Players must arrive ready to play 15 minutes prior to their booked time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Players who arrive late and have lost their booking, will not be refunded. Staff will endeavour to find an alternative time on the day for late players but play with be at the controllers\u2019 discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Course Controller has the authority and absolute discretion as to when the course is unplayable or too dangerous due to storm, lightning and flooding. In such events they may suspend play for a period of up to an hour or cancel play.
