Our online booking system is a convenient way to book your round of golf and reduces the impact of no-shows on other players wishing to play. The online booking portal is also excellent for checking available tee times, events and weather forecasts.

Book a tee time by following these simple steps:

1. Click the REGISTER button below to register yourself as a public member.
2. After registration, click VIEW TEE TIMES to see available tee times and make a booking.
3. We recommend you read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY statements before making a booking.

All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking, with a 48-hour cancellation policy to obtain a full refund. As payment is required upon booking, all players will need an email address, Visa card, or Mastercard to secure their place.

We understand that some players may prefer not to prepay for their booking and these players can phone the Pro Shop two-days prior to make a phone booking. You can book over the phone and pay on arrival.

Walk-ins are welcome; however priority will be given to players with an online or phone booking.

Some things to remember when playing golf at Whaleback:

• Arrive 15 minutes before your tee time and check-in at the pro shop on arrival.
• In busy periods groups may be paired up.
• Please keep up with the group in front and let other groups through if needed.

The hire of motorised carts requires that you have a valid driver’s licence, which you will need to show us on the day. We will ask that you sign an electronic waiver form on arrival in case any damages are incurred. Please read the golf cart hire agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Online Bookings

• Cancellation of tee times is permitted with full refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to tee time.
• The City will process refunds every Thursday. Please note that it may take your bank 10-14 days to process the refund.
• Cancellations can be made by calling the pro shop on 9457 8999.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tee time can be moved to another day or a voucher issued. Vouchers are valid for 3-months.
• Players must arrive ready to play 15 minutes prior to their booked time.
• Players who arrive late and have lost their booking, will not be refunded. Staff will endeavour to find an alternative time on the day for late players but play with be at the controllers’ discretion.
• The Course Controller has the authority and absolute discretion as to when the course is unplayable or too dangerous due to storm, lightning and flooding. In such events they may suspend play for a period of up to an hour or cancel play. Should play be cancelled a refund of part playing fee may be possible.
